Q: What payment option do you accept?

Q: What can I expect after I have placed my order?

A: All orders are confirmed immediately upon placement by e-mail notification, with details of order number, total cost, and taxes. Opon shipment of the order, you will receive a second email notification listing the details of your package and the shipment method along with a tracking number. Your order status can be checked online at anytime. Once the package is shipped, it can be tracked by visiting www.usps.com.

Q: How can I search on your site for the product that I need?

A: We have 3 methods of searching on our site for your convenience. First would be to use the "search" bar located at the top right of every page. You can simply type in the product you are looking for such as "Blackberry Tour Battery"or "9300 trackpad". The second method is to search under your category title. So if you are searching for a "Blackberry Tour Battery" you would look under the "Blackberry Batteries" tab and find your battery. Thirdly you can look under the tab called "Shop by Phone",
you can click on the phone you have and than on the accessory you would like for it.

Q: Do you carry only "New" products?

A: While most of our items are Brand New, we do carry refurbished products as well. Usually that would be indicated in the discription. Our refurbished items are 100% tested and guaranteed to meet your satisfaction.

Q: Are all your products "OEM"or do you carry aftermarket products as well?

Most of our items are OEM but we do carry aftermarket items as well.

Q: I mailed a money order but did not get a confirmation yet that it has been received.

A: Please allow some time for money orders processing as we have to wait until they are clear before shipping the order.

Q:  I would like to return a product, what’s your return policy?

A: We have a 14 days return policy, if you have not passed that period, please email us at e4blackberry.com, include your 5 digits order# and we will reply with returning instructions. Please refer to our return policy on our website for exceptions.

Q: My Blackberry 8520 LCD screen is scratched and I decided to get a new screen. I just read on your site that there are different LCD versions for the 8520 (11059-001/004, 11059-005/004, 11059-007/111).Which one should I buy?

A.The Blackberry 8520 has a  few different LCD versions. Most 85xx/93xx have the versions

Q: I just purchased a part on your website that I am not sure how to install. Do you provide any instructions or How-To videos?

A:Please visit our YouTube Channel for How-To videos and instructions on most items in the site.

Q: Are there any exceptions to your return policy?


A: Yes, we do not accept returns on LCD's. Please order the correct model number of your LCd.
 
Q: I'm not sure why my credit card was declined several times?

A: For security reason, our system will not process a credit card or approve a payment if the billing addresses do not match that from your issuing bank. Please make sure both addresses match before paying using a credit card.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders are usually processed and shipped on the same business day when made before 4 pm Mon-Thur and 12:00 pm on Fridays.If your billing and shipping address are different your order may be delayed until we confirm your order by phone.



Q: I need to order an LCD but I'm not sure which one I need?

A: Since each phone may have more then one LCD model, in order to ensure you will get the right LCD, you will need to take it apart, check the exact model# and match it with the one listed.

Q: How can I get instructions on how to replace a part?

A: Please refer to our “Blackberry how-to videos” on our website under the “links” section.

Q: I have paid but did not get a confirmation that my order has been shipped yet.

A: We normally ship all orders in 1-2 business days, if you do not get a confirmation email from us that your order has been shipped, please email us with the 5 digits order# and the payment method you have used including the exact date and exact amount paid so we can check and process your order with no further delays.
